The price for this room is $870 a month. It has a large sized closet with additional storage space behind it, and some sloped ceilings. The apartment is conveniently located on a quiet street between Packard's and Coolidge Corners. Close to public transportation and a wide variety of businesses: Star Market, U-Burger, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Otto Pizza, JP Licks, Brookline Booksmith, et cetera. *Please note there is no overnight street parking allowed in Brookline. If you have a car, there is one spot available behind the apartment for $150/month. Otherwise you will need to find another monthly spot for rent* About us: Current tenants are 4 professionals, all in their mid-20s -early 30s, , all fairly quiet and neat.
