The home features large concrete tiled floors throughout with no carpet whatsoever, and most walls are finished in Venetian plaster. Located in a quiet Haiku subdivision just past Maliko Gulch called Haiku Makai, the property enjoys convenient access to some of Maui's most desirable destinations: Hookipa Beach Park is only 2–3 minutes away, Paia Town is a 5-minute drive, and Kahului is approximately 20 minutes away. The property includes two additional structures. A small dwelling is located near the gated entrance and is occupied by the homeowner part of the year. Additionally, a spacious main home with a tennis court and pool is located opposite to the cottage, the 2 structures are very private from each other. No use of tennis court or pool is included in the rent. The property is not fenced, no garage/no carport. Available as of April 10th for long-term rent, rented furnished. One year lease minimum, $3,500 a month. Included in the rent is refuse collection, water, sewer, electric (up to $100 monthly) and twice a month yard maintenance. Tenants pay for propane (cooktop only), electric overage if any, internet and cable.
