Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $550 along with a $35 monthly pet rent per pet, 2 pet maximum, management reserves the right to exclude some animals without notice or cause. We have other properties and plans available from 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units. Short-term leases are available on select units - additional conditions apply.
