Cozy 2 bedroom unit in Upland, very close to both Downtown Upland as well as the 10 and 210 freeways. This unit has newer carpet and paint! This unit is positioned just behind the main front house. There is a well kept walkway leading to the front of the unit. You'll pass by a small courtyard with fruit trees and nice seating area to enjoy the outdoors. The dining area is just off to the left that also boasts a large window. The family room is just off of this area and also has a very large window to bring in natural light into the home. As you make your way down the hall, there is one bedroom to the left and one straight ahead. Both have plenty of storage space. The bathroom is off to the right with under sink storage. The unit also comes with a covered car port with a garage door that is accessible through the alley behind the property but also can be accessed from the front of the property, as seen in the pictures. This home comes with a wall unit to help keep you cool , a wall heater to keep you warm and there is a shared coin operated laundry room on the property.
