Off the living room is the laundry rooms featuring a full-size washer & dryer. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinetry for extra storage, double-sided sink, and a full-size refrigerator and stove. Head down the hall to find 2 bedrooms, a bonus room, and a bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination and a cabinet for storage. There is a bonus room leading to the 2 bedrooms that is perfect for an office, craft room, or playroom. Each bedroom features a double-door closet. The front bedroom also has an exterior entrance for added privacy. Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. This property is pet friendly with a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
