Venture up to the common greenspace and enjoy long-range layered views, including Grandfather Mountain! The shared greenspace includes a water feature, fire pit, picnic tables, and a community garden area (the last six photos are common areas). Located less than a mile from West King Street and downtown Boone, this townhome offers convenient proximity to dining, shopping, and entertainment.
