The apartment has a separate kitchen with new SS appliances, large living room and the master bedroom can fit a Queen/King size bed and the additional furniture and second bedroom is almost even. The bathroom is updated and is very clean. Pets are allowed . Heat and hot water are included in rent. Live in super The building is located in Kew Gardens Hills, a neighborhood in the northern section of Queens, bounded by Flushing Meadows Corona Park to the west, Queensboro Hill to the north, Hillcrest to the east, and Briarwood to the south.
