So showings have to be set up in advance by appointment or possibly for Open Houses.. The property two units side by side, with grass area located in a nice Residential Neighborhood. The tenant would maintain the yard areas in the back of the unit if the gate is locked. The pets cannot run loose in the backyard because the area is shared by the two units. We usually remodel any newly vacated unit by Freshly Painting with some custom walls and accents. The Units are Freshly Cleaned. The Hardwood Flooring is Freshly Cleaned. Pets- Small Dogs (No Dangerous Breeds or mixes allowed) and Cats and other small types will be considered. All Pets must be indoor Pets only!. Deposit required for each Pet (limit of one Dog or one Cat allowed only), and/or for the other types of Pets contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium a deposit could be charged with a limit of a 5 gallons size only allowed. Utilities- The Tenant pays Electric, Gas, Trash. The Owner pays Water, Gardening on the common grounds. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions. These units have street parking only! The application processing fee is $35 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable. No Section 8 accepted! For a 1-Bedroom, we will only accept a maximum of 3 people in a 1-Bedroom). Deposit of $750 (OAC). Directions- Just off of Walnut Avenue which runs North/South and is located south of 10th Street and west of Cherry Avenue.
