You could not ask for a nicer place to live! Reasonable rates, close to everything on the north end of Tampa but far enough removed to provide a quiet and calm environment. The apartments are small but I also preferred "cozy". The office staff (Marie and Erin) are supportive and hands-on with great customer service and kindness. The maintenance staff (Angel) are super responsive to addressing any and all needs including coming out after hours to fix our A/C with no issues. The community is very dog-friendly with little yards in the back and a great walking circuit (Only wish there were sidewalks) via the roads and cul-de-sacs. The only reason we moved was to relocate to South Florida for work but if we had not we would have easily and without question renewed our lease and remained there. Thank you Deer Park team!

I've been a resident at Villas at Deer Park for almost a year now, and one of the aspects I appreciate the most is the outstanding maintenance service. Angel and Joanathan from the maintenance team are gifted. They are incredibly responsive, always addressing any issues I report within a very short time frame. Their professionalism and attention to detail are commendable, ensuring that everything is kept in top condition. Additionally, the property manager, Sebastian deserves special mention. He is always approachable, friendly, and proactive in ensuring that residents' needs are met. His leadership clearly reflects in the well-maintained environment and the efficient handling of any concerns. The grounds and common areas are consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. It's reassuring to know that any maintenance concerns are handled promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Villas at Deer Park for anyone seeking a well-maintained and comfortable living space, with excellent management and maintenance services along with a special play ground for pets.
