The room fits a full size bed, dresser nightstand. There are 2 closets for storage + clothes and a big window that lets in a ton of sunlight. Original hardwood floors and high ceilings add charm to the space. There is also your own entrance to the room from the hallway if needed. The room is in an amazing 5 bedroom apartment with awesome roommates, spacious updated kitchen, living room and bathroom. The roommates (2 male / 2 female) are mid-late 20s, respectful of eachother's space and help take care of household chores. Some of them travel quite frequently so it never really feels like a full house. Looking for females only. Also, no pets or smoking inside. The location cannot be beat as there is a laundromat across the street, restaurants and bars steps away, 24 hour Rite Aid around the corner ( basically anything else you could ever need!). Greenpoint G stop is 3 blocks north while Nassau G stop is 3 blocks south. The L at Bedford Ave. is also a quick 10-15 minute walk. As I write this, I realize I will miss it. **Landlord will need to run a credit/background check. First half of rent ($437.50), last full month ($875.00), security ($875.00) due at signing to take over my lease. The lease ends July 31st, 2018 with option to sign again.** Serious applicants only.
