Hello, we are looking for one additional person to share a massive 3-bedroom apartment in Crystal City; One us just moved in and the other will be arriving in August. The room is available any time you want to move in. This is a newly renovated 9th floor highrise, with direct elevator access to the metro and all the other typical amenities. The apartment has an attached balcony, upgraded kitchen and bathroom, and a washer/dryer in the unit. We have enough furnishings to completely outfit the common areas, so it's okay if you don't have a lot of stuff (we have couches, leather recliner, 60" TV, cantina, dining room table, dishes, cookware, etc), or we can collaborate and figure out who wants to bring what. There are two good-sized bedrooms, a 12x15 and a 16x12. These would rent for $1045 and $1071 respectively (based on square footage).
