This two bedroom, one bathroom home has a detached garage, washer/dryer hookups, central AC, and a large yard. Residents are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Initial lease terms are 12 months with short term leases available for an additional fee. Residents are responsible for all utilities: Electric and Gas to be provided through MidAmerican Energy and Water/Sewer/Trash is provided through Des Moines Water Works. Pet-friendly, no breed or weight restrictions. No more than 2 pets per rental home. Initial pet fee ($300 for first pet $100 for the second) and monthly pet rent ($30/mo. per pet) apply. There is a New Lease Administrative Fee of $70 applied to each approved household to be paid at or before move in.
