The building is located in Kew Gardens Hills, a neighborhood in the northern section of Queens, bounded by Flushing Meadows Corona Park to the west, Queensboro Hill to the north, Hillcrest to the east, and Briarwood to the south. All are traditionally very strong neighborhoods in Queens.
