This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath brick ranch offers a comfortable layout, plenty of natural light, and several thoughtful updates throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, bringing a clean, updated feel to the heart of the home. Each bedroom offers spacious proportions and ample closet space. Outside, the property includes a spacious backyard, a detached carport, and a storage unit for added convenience. Additional updates include a new HVAC system. Natalie Emory, Agent Pet Policy: Pets under 50 pounds are allowed. We charge a non-refundable pet administration fee of $100 per pet and a monthly pet fee for each pet, up to $75 per month. For pet-friendly properties, more than 2 animals must be approved by the owner. No aggressive or dangerous dog breeds are permitted unless approved by the owner, except as required by applicable law. Before final approval can be obtained, applicants will be required to submit a pet application through a third-party pet screening company and provide pet photos and vaccination records. There is a fee of $30 per pet, per year, for this service. Disclaimer: If your application is accepted, you will be charged a $190 administration fee at the time of move-in. This is a one-time fee per household. Renters insurance is required for all properties.
