Furnished with fridge, gas range / oven, microwave, small kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, smart TV, linens, extra pillows, blankets, kitchen & bathroom starter supplies. Utilities included: electricity (within limits), gas, catchment water, wifi internet, yard service and garbage collection. Furniture in photos included. Share tropical fruits when in season. There are no pets or animals on the property but neighboring homes have dogs and other farm animals as this is a rural area. House water supply is through rainwater catchment, filtered to remove impurities and UV light disinfected. Water containers are provided if you wish to fill with free municipal water nearby or purchase commercially purified water. Please inquire with a short bio of yourself, desired move in date and approximate length of stay. After an initial phone interview, a showing can be scheduled. No smoking / vaping, drug use and no pets or animals of any kind. Overnight visitors / guests not permitted however exceptions may be considered and will be subject to additional rent on a per day or per week basis. Limit 1 car parking on property per occupant.
