There are many different types of fruit trees on the property that give food all year long. There’s a big space to garden. There is a house at the back of the 1 acre lot. The people have been renting there for a few years and are really chill. It’s close to Waldorf schools and sets 12 minutes between two different grocery stores and the city of Keaau in Pahoa. I would prefer a one year lease and flexible on the price and the lease terms for the right person section 8 would be considered. If tou dont need the tiny house, i can reduce the rent even further to $2250
