Available 8/12/23. Great location. By a cul de sac. Very quiet. Close to the 405, 105. 10 min from the beach. 15 min from the airport. A couple of blocks away from the new Urth Caffe, Vons, Bestbuy, home depot & just few min from Costco & Trader Joe's plus 5 min away from the metro station. Wood floors in good condition. Plenty of closet space. Two car garage and 4 car driveway. Very quiet neighborhood. The house has a lot of natural light. The bathrooms were fully renovate 2 years ago along with a new floor on the whole patio. A new window was created in the garage towards the patio giving it great light. The kitchen sink and counter was made brand new 5 years ago. Same time when we changed all windows for new ones. Central gas heating that works perfectly. Gas washer and dryer, big ones too. Fans on all bedrooms (not that it gets that hot anyhow). New front garden fence and grass. The lemon tree gives tons of lemons as do the fig and peach trees in the back. 4 range big oven 5 years old. Doble door and two shelved freezer also 5 years old. Brand new dishwasher. This is a front unit and the back bedroom shares a wall with the back 1 bedroom unit. The lot is a corner lot so the back unit has a complete separate entrance and driveway around the corner. Additional pet deposit will apply.
