The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and shower. There are two other bedrooms and a 4th room that can be used as den or office. Home is offered partially furnished. Removal of furniture is an option, however the hot tub and TVs will remain in the home. Wine refrigerators shown in photos not included. Pet Friendly. One small dog or cat allowed. $75 per month. Looking for 1 year lease minimum No utilities included.
