A cozy 2 bed 1 bath house with 951 sqft located in Stanley less than 30 minutes from Charlotte. This home was built in the 1940 and it situated on a 1/2 acre lot and has original hardwood floors throughout, execpt in the kitchen and bathroom. No pets are allowed as well as no smoking inside. Tenant is responsible for all utilities except for lawn care, it's included, there isn't a water bill due to house having a well. There is a washer and dryer hookup in the house, however tenant must bring their own washer and dryer. There is a one year lease required with a monthly rent of $1,200 and a security desposit of $1,200 due at signing.
