Garbage Service is provided with rent. This is a great quiet and friendly community. Law breakers are not tolerated. The policy is "no pay; no stay & no play; no stay". If you pay your rent and follow the rules, all goes well. In addition to the quality community, there are large mature trees throughout the community that provide shade and insulate almost every home.
