Hi perspective roommate! We have one bedroom available in our gorgeous three-bedroom, two bathroom condo in Logan Circle! As you can see from the pictures, the condo is absolutely stunning! We have a corner unit, with tons of windows that let in so much natural light! It's an open floor plan, so the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all part of a huge living space. It's perfect for entertaining or enjoying as you read a book on the couch! Here are some more details: Roommates: We are in our late 20s/early 30s, who are both aspiring lawyers. We both love cooking, hosting dinner parties, or taking advantage of the awesome 14th st corridor restaurant scene...and we do like our fair share of guilty-pleasure tv. We like to meet new people and look forward to welcoming in a new roommate. (We found each other on craiglslist!) We are all quite busy, and it's rare that all three are in the building at once, so if you need time to be alone and decompress, you'll have that opportunity too! The third roommate is only leaving the apartment because she recently got engaged and is moving in with her fiance. We can't blame her! Location: The location could not be better. We are steps from the Whole Foods and other P st gems, and we are only a 10-15 minute walk (depending on how long your legs are!) to the McPherson Square metro or Farragut North. Two bikeshare stands are within a 1 minute walk to the building, and there are tons of buses that transit our area. Building: The condo building is luxury! There's a doorman, a fully equipped fitness center, and a community room. There's an outdoor patio in the front of the building that is perfect for dinner/drinks on summer nights. The Condos are individually owned, so there is a condo association that is very proactive and communicative with the residents. Room and Rent: Rent is 1416.10 per month (we divided rent by room size). Move in February 1st. Utilities are divided and usually run around $100 per month. Room can fit double or queen bed. It will be rented unfurnished. Bathroom is shared with one of the roommates. There is a washer/dryer in the unit! You: We are looking for a 20 or 30-something who is kind and considerate, doesn't mind dinner parties, and keeps the common areas clean and tidy. Non-smoker and no pets, please.
