The current tenant’s review: I like that it feels more private and that I worry less about disturbing the neighbors by moving around or making noise at night, as there is no one below to mind. I like that it feels better insulated than a fully above-ground apartment, so the temperature is easier to maintain. I really really like that the laundry room is right at the end of our hallway with no stairs and no need to go outside, thats very convenient. I like the layout of the apartment because my dog loves running up and down the length of the long hallway, and it generally feels very open and like a good use of space. Having the dishwasher is a nice addition, and I also appreciate the recessed fridge, which makes the kitchen feel much larger and less cramped.
