Two straight white male professionals with a house in the Myers Park/Montford area. House is in good condition; we like to keep it clean, but we're not jerks about it. Hardwoods throughout, 2 living rooms, spacious kitchen, dining room, porch, and decent sized yards. We keep M-F hours for the most part, so we're looking for the same in a roommate. This is a great house, and we're both awesome roommates. Our previous roommate recently relocated, so we are looking for somebody to move in ASAP. House is well-furnished, except for the bedroom. You would share a bathroom with a clean and respectful guy. Interview process will likely involve grabbing a beer at a nearby pub.
