Laundry/dryer in unit, wall A/C, wall heating, pets allowed (with pet deposit), newer oven/stove and microwave, nice ground-level porch area. Shared "backyard" area, quiet and peaceful. ~1,067 sq ft. 20 minute walk to the middle of the CSU campus or 8-minute walk to a nearby CSU bus stop. Less than 10-minute walk to City Park. We loved living here, but we have to leave on short notice. This would be a lease takeover, available as soon as September 16th (can also do move-in in October). If this post is up, it's still available! Since we are moving across the country, you are welcome to keep large furniture for free (optional of course, we will completely empty and clean the apartment).
