Leasing or Mortgage Payment History - Some credit scoring results will necessitate an evaluation of a verifiable leasing or mortgage payment history. In these instances, you will be required to provide us with proof of timely payment of a minimum of six consecutive months of leasing or mortgage payments within the prior twenty-four months.
