Work order was addressed and maintenance was at our apt with in half hour checked out issue left to get new part returned in 10 min and replaced part. All is working great again Thank you so much Olivia and maintenance for another job well done.

I really like living here. The people are nice, there are multiple playgrounds, and there are lots of grocery stores nearby. When things need fixing, the repair staff is quick and helpful. You can leave things on your porch outside and not worry about people stealing them. Often, there are events for the whole community and they're always fun. It's great.
At first I was concerned about being in a busy strip mall area, but man was I wrong. Love it. Outdoor fitness, dog park, fitness room. Then I can walk to the strip mall going to the movies, chiropractic, Mexican restaurant, wing restaurant, and breakfast restaurant in walking distance. Car breaks down same parking lot. Feels like living in the city without actually living the city cost. Large place, kept up very nice, very strong walls to not hear neighbors. Great place for the price.

I love our new HOME!! Our neighbors are wonderful, the community is friendly, our Move from Jersey went flawless, our home was clean and any little issue was handled in less than 24 hrs, the staff is so friendly, Courteous, and helpful!! Maintenance is better than any crew I have worked with, and I was a scheduling agent in NJ so I am super impressed and thankful!! It is in a safe area, many police and Sheffield officers live in the community!! And the best part is it so close to ANY store you might need, you can even WALK to your choice of the movies, the butcher, hair salon, nail salon, Carolina Wings and Mexican Restaurant and food lion. And speedway gas is right outside the complex!! So happy we chose Waterway and Morgan Properties!!!
Our resident experience so far has been great, tbh! The maintenance guys are great with fixing issues in our apartment. The kind women in the main office are welcoming and socialize with everyone in a friendly way. Apart from that, the geographical location itself is resourceful with food Lion straight across and other great restaurants in a walkable distance. Its been a nice community with everything in very close proximity like a grocery store, gas station, theater, restaurant. Silent and ambient community with enough space to walk around. One more thing I love is that the grass is mown regularly and nature is preserved very well. So I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend!

Although the apartment itself may be a bit outdated, the management and maintenance staff more than make up for it with their exceptional customer service and genuine care. Their quick responses and attentiveness are truly commendable. The neighbors are friendly and appear to be content. The only downside is the presence of dog waste in the vicinity, particularly near designated poop stations and the playground. It's disheartening to see and I hope this issue can be resolved soon.
And some folx really need to take it easy when driving through the complex. But if everyone drove politely, it wouldn't feel like Lexington anymore, would it? 😉 Fortunately, there is an abundance of parking available, which is quite uncommon for such a conveniently located area. Fingers crossed that the rent doesn't increase next year so we can continue to enjoy our new home sweet home for another year or even longer.
It is a clean place, I never have a problem with parking, its gardens are beautiful, the office is always available to help and listen to our questions. They are always doing good things for the complex
