I'm looking to do a lease transfer since I'm moving to NC, i'd love to have someone takeover anywhere between Dec 19th-Jan 1st. I will give you $300 cash once you get approved with the leasing office to help you with your first months rent. I can leave you a new pack of toilet paper, some fresh food, and soap just for helping me out with taking over my apartment. The place is in good shape and maintenance is efficient.
