Looking for one person to sublease an available bedroom in a 3BR/2bath apartment from July 1st, 2017 to October 1st, 2017. Option to move in a week earlier in June and move out middle of October available at prorated rates. The apartment is located on the border of West LA and Santa Monica, near Bundy and Wilshire. The bedroom comes fully furnished with a full size bed, bookshelf, desk, and dresser. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. Rent will be $900/mo, which covers all utilities, cable/internet, etc. A security deposit equal to a half month's rent ($450) is also required. A parking space is also included, and there is plenty of street parking available. There is one cat in the apartment, but unfortunately no other pets are allowed. The chairs you see in the living room have recently been replaced with two nice, new couches and an armchair with an ottoman. You will be living with two professional males who work for Kaiser and a law firm. They like Star Wars and marvel movies and Bay Area sports teams, usually like to go out on the weekends, and take it easy during the workweek. They pay bills and rent on time, and respect each other's space. Honestly, they're a couple of goddamn princes, the pair of them. I'm an actor on an artist's schedule, and have never had any conflicts with either of them.
