Available for the month of December ONLY! Just one block from Broad Street in Downtown Charleston this adorable property is the perfect place to call home for your 30+ night stay in Charleston. Enter this town home from the Short Street entrance right into the spacious living room. You will find a comfortable seating area with a sofa and two chairs, a Smart TV, and a fireplace. There is a small powder room just off the living room for your convenience. Walk past the powder room into the dining room and kitchen area. In the kitchen you will find loads of cabinet space for all of your kitchen essentials. The dining room features a dining room table with seating for four people. Off of the kitchen is a spacious laundry/storage room that exits out onto your private fenced in patio. Moving upstairs you find two bedrooms and your one full jack and Jill bathroom. The larger of the three bedrooms features a king size bed, and the other bedroom a queen size bed. Also on the second floor you have a third bedrrom with a daybed and a home office, with a desk and chair, perfect for your work from home needs! Never worry about parking as TWO dedicated off street parking spaces are included. Enjoy all that downtown living has to offer with on charming Short Street! No pets allowed. In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax.
