Property Status: Active Would ya just take a lookie here. If you're gonna live in Dayton, you might as well live in the best part that the region has to offer. And if you're gonna live in the best neighborhood you may as well live in the best apartment money can rent. I'm not foolin; there are literally too many reasons to list and things the pictures just don't show or do justice to. Quit looking at second rate apartments owned by slumlords that only look good in pictures. This will be one lucky tenet's ace in the hole- could it be you?? Water/trash and fiber wifi included, all exterior maintenance/gardening to be performed by landlord. Who is pretty cool by the way but I'm a little biased.
