As you enter the home you find the kitchen, breakfast nook, and sitting area with a comfortable couch, that sleeps 2 as a trundle bed. Moving into the dining room, you see the living room and separate sitting room with lake views. The sitting area provided a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. Down the hall you find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The laundry room is in the separate building by the commercial ice maker, attached via a covered porch. Lakeside, enjoy a large deck off the house with ample sitting room accompanied by 2 covered lounging areas on the dock. Bring your boat! There are 2 boat ramps on Lake Weir and 2 restaurants both navigable by boat and anchor out right front by the beach. Want to stay in? Publix is 15 minutes away or order Kroger delivery is available as well. There are boat and jet ski rentals available through Eaton's Beach.
