There is also laundry closet with washer/dryer connections, a half bath and access out to the patio! Washer/Dryer are available for an additional $55/Month! Upstairs offers two generously sized bedrooms, with a hall bathroom. Jefferson Ridge features open green space and a basketball court for residents to enjoy! This property is pet friendly under our standard pet policy: Two Pet Maximum, Weight not to exceed 35lbs, breed restrictions apply. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25 monthly pet fee per pet. Tenant responsible for electric with a monthly utility fee covering water/sewer and trash. *Photos may show similar units and not the exact one available.*
