Lived here a little while before having kids - while you can hear pretty much everything, it’s such a nice little apartment. It has assigned parking, a balcony, and a sunroof if you are lucky enough to be on the top floor. INCREDIBLE price for the area and convenience! Perfect if you’re a student nearby, or just wanting a cozy apartment in a safe zone. Only issue is that it has a pretty decent waitlist - as many of the companies listings do - but it’s worth the trouble if you have enough time to wait for it.
