Unit is currently occupied and need 24 hr notice to show. AVAILABLE June 1, 2026: Charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom second floor apartment located on Highland St. between 5th Ave. and King Ave. just south of campus. It is a close walk to the short north restaurants and nightlife. Also is a short walk to Krogers on High. Bedroom is large with plenty of space and a closet and can hold up to a king bed with dressers. The kitchen is smaller but still room for a dining table or island. No washer dryer hookups in this unit. Parking is off street in the lot behind the units. Rent is $850/month and water is split between all tenants of the building every 3 months. Carpet was replaced and pictures do not reflect that. Please respond by email only. No Phone Calls please. Resident pays gas, electric and water. Water is paid by Owner and then split between all units in building. $200 non-refundable pet fee for one cat if approved. $200 non-refundable cleaning fee at signing of rental agreement along with $850.00 security deposit.
