I rented a studio apt on the top floor....very nice and new! The staff was terrific. Elevator broke down a couple times when i was there and is very slow. BUt the location and the outdoor area beautiful. I miss it already!! Im a travel nurse from cleveland. I walked to OSU hospital all the time! Loved it!

I moved (back) to Columbus after living in Florida for 35 year. I toured several apartment communities throughout the downtown and short north areas. Makley Place is by far my most favorite and I am so happy to call it home. The staff are amazingly wonderful, friendly and helpful, the floor plans offer something for everyone, the common areas and amenities are beautifully designed and well maintained and the location is PERFECT!
