Easy access to the baylands trail network for a walk, a run or a bike ride, or a traffic-and -stress-free bike commute to employers on the east side of 101. Nearby is Mega Mart, IKEA, Home Depot and Cardenas market and just a little further is The Market at Edgewood for your luxury groceries, or a quick drive away Safeway and Trader Joes. Two nearby bike bridges support bike excursions into the heart of Palo Alto for outdoor dining opportunities or access to Stanford. This home is set up well with two fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, and plenty of bathrooms so you never have to wait your turn. There's a washer and dryer (free) set behind doors to keep the sound down, and a proper bike rack inside the back door. The back yard is peaceful and has enough space to enjoy an occasional BBQ with roomies and a few friends. There's usually enough parking on the front of the property for everyone. The existing people in residence (who include the owners) are professionals and grad students with many talents, active passions and activities outside of the home.
