The galley-style kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space and is equipped with a range, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. Down the hall, you'll discover a utility closet with a full-size washer and dryer, a guest bathroom with a tub, and a spacious second bedroom. At the end of the hallway, the primary bedroom awaits, boasting a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedrooms are filled with natural light from the windows and ceiling fans are installed throughout for added comfort. This rental includes one assigned parking spot, and the rent covers trash and lawn maintenance. As a resident of Gardens of Forest Lake, you'll have access to fantastic outdoor amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball, playground, picnic tables and grills and waterfront dock with fishing area , and more! Plus, you'll enjoy easy access to local shopping, dining, entertainment, grocery stores, hospitals, banks, and much more. Located in easy proximity to Tampa or Clearwater this is one to see! Don't miss out—schedule your viewing today! There are no utilities included in rent. Small pets allowed at owner discretion, with a $350 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. If you decide to apply for one of our properties: Screening includes credit/background check, income verification of 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent and rental history verification. APPLICANT CHARGES: Application Fees: $75 per adult, 18 years of age and older (non-refundable) $25 per pet application fee for pet verification (non-refundable). Current vaccination records will be required. ESA and service animals are FREE with verified documentation. Lease Initiation Admin Fee: $150.00 after approval and upon signing. Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent Pet Fee if applicable (non-refundable) $350 for each approved pet.
