The space is flooded with natural light, thanks to sliding glass doors that lead to your charming outdoor patio, complete with an additional storage closet. The galley-style kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space and is equipped with a range, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. Down the hall, you'll discover a utility closet with a full-size washer and dryer, a guest bathroom with a tub, and a spacious second bedroom. At the end of the hallway, the primary bedroom awaits, boasting a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedrooms are filled with natural light from the windows and ceiling fans are installed throughout for added comfort. This rental includes one assigned parking spot, and the rent covers trash and lawn maintenance. As a resident of Gardens of Forest Lake, you'll have access to fantastic outdoor amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball, playground, picnic tables and grills and waterfront dock with fishing area , and more! APPLICANT CHARGES: Application Fees: $75 per adult, 18 years of age and older (non-refundable) $25 per pet application fee for pet verification (non-refundable).
