Also, we verify no evictions have been filed on the applicant in the last 5 years. INCOME REQUIREMENT is 3.5x the market rent (i.e. $1850.00 x 3.5) APPLICATIONS & FEES: Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place an application.
