Property Id: 1416193 You can enjoy all that the city has to offer: easy access to nightlife, the river, parks, and outdoor activities. The townhouse is located on a quiet block, but just off bustling Butler Street in Lawrenceville. It is just across the river from the Heritage Trail where you can bike/walk/run downtown and beyond. The house itself was built in 1890 and has some nice art deco features. There is a small backyard with a deck. It is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, original pine floors, finished attic, w/d, central air, and more. I am looking for a midterm rental of 6-8 months, but can be flexible.
