Large upstairs loft, primary suite with conservation views, en suite bath has granite countertops, twin sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The closet is a large wrap-around walk-in that leads into the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The other bedrooms are spacious with deep closets and a hall bath with twin sinks and a tub/shower combo. Large fenced yard. Screened 40-foot x 16-foot large lanai, custom-built entertainment center with electric fireplace and TV (will not be repaired or replaced). Patio furniture (will not be repaired or replaced). Water softener: Tenants are responsible for adding salt tablets as needed. (will not be repaired or replaced). The Triple Creek community has 2 swimming pools, 2 fitness centers, playgrounds, a dog park, a sports field, and walking trails. Lawn care is included in the rent. Tenants must pay any HOA application fees and be approved by the HOA before moving in; this can take 30 days.
