If none is provided by the tenant at move-in, Croskey Real Estate will enroll you into a Landlord Liability Insurance program that meets our minimum requirements. Landlord Liability Insurance Is Not the same as Renter's Insurance. We Require You To Participate In Our Resident Benefits Package. You will be billed monthly $35 for the Resident Benefits Package. We provide this program to improve your rental experience and limit your exposure to potential damage while renting with us. Initial Lease Administration Fee. Bruce Croskey Real Estate, Agent for the Owner, will process the Tenant application and execute the Lease Agreement on behalf of the Owner. Tenant shall pay Agent $100 as an Initial Lease Administration Fee to collect all paperwork, draft the lease, execute all documentation and conduct the initial move-in.
