Rent is $1,900/month for single occupancy or $2,100/month for double occupancy, including most utilities. We just share the cost of internet and occasional pest control service when needed. Available early December (as soon as we find the right tenant). 12-month lease options. One dedicated parking space. Non-smoking unit.
