Feel the Seabreeze, while enjoying ocean views from the private sundeck, equipped with the perfect patio furniture for lounging! Enter the home to be greeted by the open living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a pull out sofa! The dining room has a beautiful wooden dining table that seats up to six, and a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard. In the backyard you will find a BBQ, plenty of shade from the two umbrellas, and a patio table and chairs. Just up the stairs, you will find the two bedrooms, a sunroom and the full bathroom. The bedrooms both have king sized beds and there is a day bed in the sunroom as well! The sunroom has floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the California sun all day long. The sliding glass doors lead to the spacious sundeck. Enjoy dinner with ocean views on the sundeck patio table that offers seating for up to six people! Driveway parking available.
