($5700 PER MONTH) You must provide 3 most recent verifiable taxable pay statements of monthly income. If you are self employed you must show documentation of your monthly income. We do allow for small to medium pets (cat or dog). Monthly pet fee is $70.00 per pet. $200 NON REFUNDABLE PET DEPOSIT ALSO REQUIRED. We do pull a credit check/criminal history report as well. But we are lenient with credit and criminal history.
