All units in this building have been recently remodeled! This building is home to studio and two-bedroom apartments. The studios are located on the lower side of the building where the on-site laundry is located. Two bedroom apartments make up the majority of units and are located on the top two floors of the three level building. The two bedroom apartments feature two levels of living space with both bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The lower level features a half-bathroom, a large entry closet and a galley kitchen complete with a dishwasher. This apartments features key-pad locks, access to a single garage, and there is laundry on-site. Free wifi is included! Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1475 as well as the electric utility. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month.
