It is easy to walk to Rino, City Park, and Whittier neighborhood gems. Getting downtown is a breeze with the 30th and Downing light rail stations, or on the Champa/ Stout street bike lanes. On street parking is available directly in front of the property. Per the homeowners insurance policy, renters insurance is required (runs about $5-10 a month). Cats and small dogs are allowed for a pet rent of $25/ month per pet (max of 2 pets allowed). No smoking in the home. Rent is $2,100 a month for a 12-month or longer lease.
