I've lived in many apartments in my life and broxton bay is by far my favorite one. The staff is amazing especially Cheyenne. She has always been super helpful with everything and her customer service is phenomenal. Also want to shout out the owners for holding these community events with free food/entertainment. The last BBQ Luau was incredible. I'm planning on staying here for a very long time

I would like to thank the staff at Broxton Bay. They were a pleasure to work with and played a super job in my decision making. Julia, Taylor and Cheyenne for their excellent customer and professional services. Also thanks goes out to Kevin (mgr) for his assistance in making sure all details were completed and Charles (maintenance mgr) for his professionalism follow up and concerns making sure my service requests were completed.
