The interior features a spacious living room, a full eat-in kitchen with granite countertop, a great bonus room that overlooks the back yard (fireplace is non-functional), a roomy master suite that includes a master bath with stall shower and two closets, 2 additional bedrooms, another full bathroom and a laundry room/flex space with washer and dryer included (as-is). Outside you will enjoy a fully fenced-in backyard with a large open deck (grill as-is). You will also enjoy deeded water access, a neighborhood boat ramp and a community playground/park. Countertop microwave, washer/dryer, outdoor grill as-is. No smoking is permitted. Pets may be considered upon owner approval with a non-refundable pet fee.
