Bedroom comes unfurnished (photos of bedroom are of previous tenant). Me: 30yr old gay male working full time (9am to 5pm) as a Project Manager for small environmental consulting firm. I work from home occasionally during the week and travel about 1-2x a month. Evenings during the week are low key (i.e., cooking, working out, catching up on work/to-dos), with usually one night per weekend spent out at the bars or with friends. Involved in a number of activities outside of work (professional organizations, helping manage local gay kickball league). Occasionally watch TV (Drag Race, Housewives) but not a ton. Easy going and laid back. You: Around my age with a full time job, either gay or LGBT friendly. Cleanliness is a must (i.e., cleans up after oneself, doesn’t leave dishes in sink, sweep floors, etc.) as is being respectful of each other’s space (i.e., no unannounced late night parties or noise late at night during the week).
