The lounge and eat on balcony set this unit apart from other rentals. Being on the East side of the park you get to enjoy all the beautiful city and sunset views. The furnishings are comfortable, quality, and have an organic modern aesthetic. The dining table has a vintage street lamp hanging over top and other unique loft inspired artwork chosen throughout. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled with granite countertops, lots of kitchen storage, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven/range/stove), updated lighting, open shelving, all dishes, utensils, pots, pans and fully stocked kitchen supplies. Heating, Cooling, Water, Gas, Electric, and Wifi included. The 4K TV does not have cable but it’s a smart TV so wireless makes it easy to set up Netflix and Hulu. The washer and dryer are right outside the unit and it’s rarely busy. Assigned parking is easy to access and very desirable in this location. Enjoy onsite pool, fitness center, pool table, vending machines, and walking right out your door onto Cheesman Park or into the Botanic Gardens. Walk to dining, enjoy walking in the beautiful neighborhood around with many of Denver’s original mansions. Secured entrance.
